2026 ASHRAE Region IV Student Summit Student Registration

Student Registration – $50.00
ASHRAE Region IV Student Summit student registration.

All students are required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. Scholarships are available for only 80 students. This scholarship covers a one-night stay at the GT Hotel and Conference Center and a one-year ASHRAE Student membership (a total value of $300). (Note: Priority goes to full-time students who are active ASHRAE student branch members).

Applicants must answer the following to qualify:
1. Describe your interest in attending the summit
and how it will impact your career and goals.
(Max 300 words)

2. Describe your current understanding of
HVAC&R and architecture, engineering, and
construction (AEC) industries, and explain
how it relates to your course of study and
future career. (Max 300 words)

There is limited availability for single occupancy rooms, early registrants will be given priority.

For double occupancy rooms please submit the name and email address of the person you will be rooming with.
