Energy Ace: Commissioning Agent Join a dynamic, fast growing LEED consulting firm in Atlanta.This individual should have experience (3+ years) with the design and/or installation of mechanical systems, automatic temperature control systems, functional performance testing of HVAC systems, and an overall understanding of building construction. Candidate should be knowledgeable of HVAC operations and controls.
Construction, test and balance, or service industry background helpful. Candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and have an interest in the environment and energy conservation. Experience with commissioning approach and methodology will be beneficial. Salary will be dependent upon experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. BSME is required and sales experience is desirable. The position requires interpretation and evaluation of project specs, selection, design, and pricing of custom rooftop equipment, and communication with consulting engineers to resolve application problems.
